Luigi Mangione returned to a federal courtroom in New York for a pivitol hearing. Mangione’s lawyers are trying to block federal prosecutors from seeking the death penalty. Mangione is accused of fatally shooting UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson in 2024.
