@BergtorRoald @HotSotin Not modern Ukraine, not while it was in SSSR union, you cannot attribute building Nuclear weapons to one province of SSSR. They were placed in Ukraine for strategic reasons, closest to Europe.
Nuclear weapons were never Ukraine’s weapons but SSSR’s.
