Today, on International Volunteer Day, we express our gratitude to everyone who refuses to remain indifferent and who supports Ukraine, our defense, our warriors, and life in our communities. From the first days of the war in 2014, from the first days of the full-scale invasion on February 24, the defense of Ukraine has never been outmanned – millions of people have joined the defense of our independence and our life. And it was through this unity that Ukrainians held the Russian occupiers back beyond the front line.
Every year, it is especially symbolic that Volunteer Day comes on the eve of Ukrainian Armed Forces Day. Ukraine’s defense is built on Ukrainian unity and Ukrainian mutual support. We thank everyone who fights for Ukraine! We thank everyone who helps! Glory to Ukraine!
