Speaking to reporters earlier about the petition to release the Epstein Files receiving enough signatures tonight to move forward on the House Floor, Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) said that there was an “intense pressure campaign” from the White House to get Republican women to remove their signatures, “They were scrambling over there to stop this.”
Massie also stated that besides the four other Republicans who joined with him and Democrats to push the petition though, multiple other House Republicans have quietly told him they intend to vote in favor of the resolution to release the Epstein Files when it comes before the House, adding that he intends to hold a press conference with several victims of Epstein next Tuesday.
