Psycho fake Christian Benny Johnson took Russian blood money and won’t pay it back. Which doesn’t make sense. I mean, who would unknowingly (lol) take money of the Russians and not give it back? x.com/KremlinTrolls/status/1978328550454280336

I attach great importance to the participation of Nikol #Pashinyan and Ilham #Aliyev in the Gaza Peace Conference in Sharm el-Sheikh. As is characteristic of the “fast media” era, most discussions focused on details — what Pashinyan wanted to say to Trump, or what Trump meant when he addressed Aliyev using the word “compatriot.”
I’m not interested in those details. What matters is that the United States is demonstrating that the peace process in the South Caucasus is under its attention, if not its direct coordination.
There is a strong likelihood that #Armenia and #Azerbaijan will join the “Abraham Accords.” One could assert that both Armenia and Azerbaijan have now become part of President Trump’s global peace network — meaning that these two countries are included among Trump’s “achievements in establishing peace.”
This carries a certain binding significance for the U.S. as well — to prevent Azerbaijan from undermining peace and to ensure it does not try to sabotage the August 8 agreements through military aggression against Armenia.
I also consider the circulation of the “Peace Act” in the #US Congress important — it provides for sanctions against Azerbaijan’s elite if they refuse to comply with the August 8 agreements. This means the U.S. is seeking to guarantee the fulfillment of the August 8 agreements and to prevent Azerbaijan from undermining them. I believe we will soon have more detailed information on this front.
Uninformed politicians are attempting to discredit the significance of the August 8 agreement, but it serves as a guarantee that for the next 3.5 years, this U.S. administration will keep its focus on Armenia and Azerbaijan.
In the near future, Armenia and the U.S. will establish a joint venture to manage the construction of communication infrastructure in Syunik, which will later remain involved in maintaining these transport routes. It is important that the U.S. is entering this region with tangible economic interests, which rewards its political efforts with financial gains — something that matters for this administration.
The participation of Pashinyan and Aliyev in Trump’s Peace Summit means that the United States will continue to remain deeply engaged in our region. Russia has been pushed out of regional processes. Iran has virtually no role in them. Turkey plays a major role, and I believe the current U.S. administration should exert great effort to encourage Turkey to open its border with Armenia and normalize relations.
I see no danger in the fact that President Trump’s special envoy, Witkoff, is consulting with Turkish officials regarding the implementation of U.S. policy in the region. This does not mean that the U.S. is acting based on Turkey’s interests; it simply shows that Washington recognizes Turkey’s significant role and seeks to make its regional actions understandable for Ankara as well.
In this context, it is important for Turkey to have a positive attitude toward the “Trump Route” project to be built in Armenia, where the U.S. plays a key role. As a result, even if Turkey does not abandon the term “Zangezur Corridor,” it will nonetheless use the “Trump Route” as a channel for transportation and communication.
I view the vector of upcoming developments as positive — directed toward Armenia’s development and the establishment of peace in the region. These efforts are largely the result of this U.S. administration’s constructive approach in our region.
Today, the U.S. is both contributing to peace and implementing a global economic infrastructure project with Armenia — something unimaginable just a year ago, under a different U.S. administration.
We must acknowledge that many in Armenia were mistaken in thinking that President Trump would pursue an isolationist policy and withdraw the U.S. from the region. I believe that narrative was one of the lines of pro-Democratic propaganda.
In just six months of President Trump’s term, we have seen more results thanks to U.S. engagement than during Joe Biden’s tenure. I am also grateful to President Biden for supporting Armenia, particularly in security matters. However, in terms of tangible outcomes, today the security situation is more stable than in previous years.
Although the causes of Azerbaijan’s aggression have significantly diminished — as it has gained control over Karabakh — under President Trump the U.S. has been highly effective in our region.
The U.S. State Department plays a major role in this, as its specialists have accumulated valuable experience from previous years, and with strong political backing from the White House, their work has produced positive results — the preliminary signing of the Peace Agreement and the implementation of the “Trump Route” project.

Botanist trying to conserve highly vulnerable rhizanthella that survives by feeding on nutrients from a fungus
Rhizanthella is an extraordinary orchid that lives its entire life underground. It flowers below ground, has no leaves and survives by feeding on nutrients from a fungus that gets its food from the soil and by connecting with roots of the broom bush, Melaleuca uncinata.
Rhizanthella was an international sensation when it was first discovered by a farmer ploughing a field in Western Australia in 1928. It still remains incredibly difficult to find, usually by searching areas with the right habitat and carefully scraping away soil searching for the blooms buried underneath – tiny reddish flowers wrapped in creamy-pink bracts. The blooms also have a heady scent of vanilla, and may be pollinated by termites or tiny flies.
