Dramatic new video shows rescue of Florida couple

In Florida, officials say two people were injured after their car was hit by another vehicle. The impact of the crash forced their car into an embankment where it became fully submerged. Two deputies with the Martin County Sheriff’s Office responded to the incident and saved both people trapped inside. NBC News’ Marissa Parra has the story.
