@tracegallagher The US gets minerals, Ukraine gets money for selling them to us. They can use that money to purchase more weapons, so that doesn’t seem to lead to Russian/Ukraine peace…I cannot think of how that money could be used to lead to peace, so, no I don’t see this leading to peace.
