The suspected shooter in the Capitol Jewish Museum shooting has been charged with first-degree murder as well as the murder of foreign officials, federal officials announced Thursday.
Elias Rodriguez has been charged with the deaths of two Israeli Embassy staff members who were fatally shot. Yaron Lischinsky and Sarah Milgrim were leaving an event at the museum, which is located a mile from the Capitol Building, when police say Rodriguez approached a group of four people and opened fire.
