Four people were injured after a box truck crashed into a busy Boston sidewalk Tuesday afternoon – but officials believe the incident was nothing more than a “tragic accident.”

The truck flipped sideways just before 1 p.m. near an intersection in Boston’s Chinatown neighborhood, with alarming photos from the scene showing a Penske moving truck on its side wedged between a streetlamp and a building façade.

Four people were taken to the hospital — including the truck’s driver, who was left in critical condition.

Leavitt claimed the outlet’s glowing description of deportee Kilmar Abrego Garcia “couldn’t be further from the truth,” and described the Maryland father as an “illegal criminal” and MS-13 gang leader.
