In a News 12 exclusive, Mayor Eric Adams addressed noise complaints in Woodlawn after large groups gathered to blast music and block the busy roadway. The NYPD broke up one of those large meetups along Jerome Avenue between Bainbridge Avenue and East 233rd Street. Residents said it’s been a battle with the car gatherings. Adams sat down exclusively with News 12, one week after he promised the neighborhood he would address the noise complaints.
