Adams County Sheriff Dale Wagner, a Republican, is being sued by Democratic Washington Attorney General Nicholas Brown, who alleges Wagner is violating Washington’s sanctuary state laws by assisting federal immigration officials. Wagner discusses the allegations against him with “On Balance” host Leland Vittert and says the case is mostly about politics and because the county “fits the bill” with a highly Hispanic population.
