Sumy Attack Update
The attacking missiles were right on target: to the award ceremony telegraphed by the governor in ad vance. Soldiers deep in the basement were not hurt. The civilians above them were hurt: 38 dead, including 2 children, and about 100 wounded. Mistargeting can happen in principle, but here apparently it did not.
There are still possibilities for the deliberate deceptions in this story, which are for the Intelligence Services to investigate.
