Ukraine has agreed to a 30-day ceasefire in its war with Russia, accepting a proposal brokered by the United States.
Boris Johnson, the former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, says he’s probably one of a tiny minority of European commentators to think there’s a “method to the madness of Donald Trump.”
“I’ve always been confident that what he was trying to do was get to a situation where he could say the Ukrainians have signed up to some sensible things,” Johnson said. “And they have.”
