@TinaG_SD Sending weapons to the Ukraine is not equal to funding domestic rocket design. Replacing old weapons by ordering new is not spending on R&D, it is spending on production. If we spent the same money on rebuilding North Carolina or LA, we’d get much more bang for our buck. 1/
