An early Federal Aviation Administration report said air traffic staffing was “not normal” the night of the midair collision between a passenger jet and military helicopter, multiple outlets reported. Retired Air Force Special Operations pilot Maj. Glenn Ignazio tells “NewsNation Now” the crash is “a bad accident” and that speculation regarding it has grown “out of control.”
