Азербайджанский самолет обстреляли с земли вблизи российского города Грозный, также на него повлияло действие РЭБ. С таким заявлением выступил президент Азербайджана Ильхам Алиев после авиакатастрофы, в которой погибли 38 человек. Окончательная версия причин падения самолета, отметил президент, станет известна после открытия черных ящиков. Однако, по его мнению, и первоначальные версии “достаточно обоснованы и опираются на факты”.
