My Opinion: Some of the “Unnatural Resources”, like Mr. Aliyev himself, are also the “gift of God”, from the Soviet KGB to the Russian – Azeri – Jewish Mafia. He is indeed the PetroCrat (“PetroCat” sounds better) of the PetroState, just like Putin.
