Vice President Kamala Harris said next week’s election is a choice between “freedom” and “chaos” as she delivered her address to the country. In a wide-ranging speech, Harris committed to bolstering the army, lowering the cost of living, and protecting a woman’s right to an abortion. She also attacked her Republican rival Donald Trump before imploring Americans to go out and vote.
