Israel says Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar killed during routine Gaza patrol

The leader of Hamas, Yahya Sinwar, has been killed in Gaza, Israel says.

Sinwar, who topped Israel’s most-wanted list, was the key figure behind the 7 October attacks.

Sinwar’s body was identified by DNA records after Israeli troops attacked a building in Rafah, killing three men, during a routine search for Hamas members

Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has said Sinwar’s death does not mean the end of the war in Gaza.

A Political ‘Rorschach Test’

In the latest FOX News poll, former President Donald Trump leads Vice President Kamala Harris 50 to 48 percent. However, both figures fall within the margin of error, making them statistically tied. The poll was taken before Harris’ highly-anticipated and highly-watched interview with FOX News’ Bret Baier. News Sunday Anchor Shannon Bream joins the Rundown to weigh in on the presidential race, Georgia’s record early voting turnout, and whether Harris’ FOX News appearance will move the needle in her favor. Senate Democrats have set their sights on Texas this cycle, where their campaign arm has made a multi-million dollar investment to try to defeat the incumbent, Senator Ted Cruz. Recently, Senator Cruz had the chance to debate his Senate opponent, Congressman Colin Allred (D-TX), before they face each other on the 2024 ballot. Senator Cruz joins to discuss why he believes he has the superior vision for the future of Texas, the Democrats’ massive spending in his state, and his intuition that both he and former President Trump will win come November.
