A drone strike hit the northern Israeli town of Binyamina, leaving at least 40 people injured, according to Israeli media. Israeli media reported that two drones were launched from Lebanon, one of which was intercepted. Meanwhile, Lebanese state media report Israeli warplanes have attacked southern Lebanon overnight. A century-old marketplace in the southern city of Nabatiyeh was bombed, leaving several people injured according to health officials. The Israeli military has previously urged residents to leave the area as it attacks what it has described as Hezbollah targets.
