Putin’s Russia is the post-Soviet, post-“Communist”, and the post- or currently Fascist state: The same Imperial Nazi Ideology and the same Fascist Homophobia of the elites, served by the powerful State Secret Police (Gestapo, KGB – FSB). 

This observation may also be the logic of history: Russia traditionally recreated the genuine German developments with the lag of about 100 years, as the German de facto colony, which it indeed was.
